Out-of-Plumb Pipe Support Drawings

For installations where a 2" drain pipe is out of plumb, these support drawings show two approved methods to create a level surface for the WingTite Shower Drain. Each method uses a different coupling type and is assembled prior to installation.

Inside Coupling Option
2" Inside Coupling – Out-of-Plumb Pipe
Uses an inside coupling cut at an angle to create a level surface within the pipe.

Hub Coupling Option
2" Hub Coupling – Out-of-Plumb Pipe
Uses a hub coupling cut at an angle to create a level surface within the pipe.

NOTE: These assemblies are built on a flat work surface before being installed onto the pipe.

For fiberglass, acrylic, cultured marble, and composite shower floors only. Not for tile shower floors.
