Out-of-Plumb Pipe Support Drawings

For installations where a 2" drain pipe is out of plumb, these support drawings show two approved methods to create a level surface for the WingTite Shower Drain. Each method uses a different coupling type and is assembled prior to installation.

Inside Coupling Option 1
2" Inside Coupling – Out-of-Plumb Pipe
Uses an inside coupling cut at an angle to create a level surface inside the drain pipe.

Hub Coupling Option 2
2" Hub Coupling – Out-of-Plumb Pipe
Uses a hub coupling cut at an angle to create a level surface within the pipe.

Tip: Assemble these components on a flat work surface before installing them onto the drain pipe.

For fiberglass, acrylic, cultured marble, and composite shower floors only. Not for tile shower floors.
